I am an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist qualified for 30 years with my own Sports Injury and Physiotherapy Clinic and these are the sort of questions I get asked many, many times during my working week!

This App includes exercise videos which are simple to follow and can be very effective for helping to prevent and relieve LOW BACK PAIN. There are literally hundreds of exercises that could be considered helpful, but the exercises I have selected are those I prescribe most often to my patients and in my experience achieve the
objective.

They are simple to do, require no equipment or expensive gym membership and done correctly, following all the advice and instructions carefully....they work!
